The Bank of America American economist David Rosenberg of the Securities Lynch Merrill-The principal and the principal strategist Richard Bernstein of the bag are leaving the research firm, a company spokesperson said Tuesday. Rosenberg will resign in May, after which he plans to bring back to her hometown of Toronto, and continue to produce the research to the buy-side customers, spokeswoman Susan McCabe of BofA-Merrill said. Bernstein plans to devote more time to teaching and writing book after resigning in April, McCabe said. Bernstein is a professor of finance at New York University Assistant ’s severe school of business, and he’ s the author of the books; Navigate the Noise: Investing in the new age of media and hype, “and” investing style, unique insight into the management of equity, “published in 2005 and 1995, respectively. Rosenberg and Bernstein were among the most visible analysts BofA-Merrill as his commentary on economic matters and the comprehensive strategy is being circulated more widely to the research of other analysts of BofA-Merrill, the firm strictly reserved for guests. BofA-Merrill is part of the Bank of America Corp (BAC). Rosenberg has been an economist with Merrill Lynch for more than eight years and Bernstein an investment strategist with the company for over 20 years. BofA-Merrill didn ‘replacements immediately known t Rosenberg and Bernstein, but McCabe said the company had already begun to pursue candidates from within their ranks and outside the company.
